For those who do not know much about Spandana, spend a few minutes at http://www.spandana.org/ and I am sure you will be amazed by the work done by this Bloomington based  organization.

Over the last Six weeks, 20 teams from Bloomington/Normal profoundly competed in the league matches of Spandana Charity Cricket Tournament 2011. Now it is time for Grand Final’s between KlassicXI and Sarkar on Sunday May 22^nd 2011 at 12 Noon.

The finals will be followed by a presentation ceremony to look back at what would be SIX weeks of good cricket. The awards to be presented are -
1. Winner's & Runner-up trophies
2. Best Bowler
3. Best Batsman
Appreciation should go to all the teams and the volunteers who had been instrumental in getting this tournament going - in spite of all the rain and their personal commitments coming in the way.

Every player has sent a strong message of support to the Spandana organization. All your contributions would go a big way in making the Prathibha Project 2011 - http://www.spandana.org/pratibha-annual-drive-2010.html a big success.

We invite you all for the FINAL of the Spandana Charity Cricket Tournament 2011 on the 22^nd of May (Sunday) 12 Noon at the Old Ground with friends, family and team members.

Yes, the wait is over..CICA has announced much awaited CICA Main Tournament 2011. Here is the team registration invitation with all details. Lat date for Team  registrations is 20th May. Make sure your team registers before 20th May.
